Skeletons and Skulls Superstore has an amazing selection of museum quality polyurethane animal skulls and animal skeleton replicas for sale. All of our skulls and skeletons are in stock and ready to ship. Our smaller skulls are nicely boxed. Some of our large skeletons are made to order and will take about three weeks to ship. We are proud to offer all of our skulls and skeletons in stock internationally. We use either United States Postal Service or Federal Express to ship the skulls and skeletons which provides tracking and insurance. Expected delivery time for all international orders of our skulls and skeletons is 6-10 business days.
Yes, you can add skulls and skeletons to an order already placed by calling 509-951-3557 or by emailing Skeletons and Skulls Superstore at sales@skeletonsandskullssuperstore.com, if your order has not already shipped. Depending upon weight and size of the skulls and skeletons added to an existing order additional shipping charges may apply and will be added to your order accordingly with your approval.
Skeletons and Skulls Superstore is not set up for the public to shop for Skeletons and Skulls. Skeletons and Skulls Superstore is the leading online supplier of precise museum quality animal and human skulls and skeletons replicas. We provide the finest Osteological specimens for professional educational facilities. Our superior Osteological reproductions are used in the study of advanced anatomy, anthropology, archaeology, forensics, pathology, primatology and zoology.
You may cancel your Skulls and Skeletons order by calling 509-951-3557 or by emailing Skeletons and Skulls Superstore sales@skeletonsandskullssuperstore.com. We will cancel your order if your order has not already shipped. You will receive a refund for your order within 48 hours minus processing fees which are charged to us by all credit card companies (which includes the initial transaction fee and the refund fee). If you order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel your order we are not able to request the shipping carrier stop the shipment and return the package to us. You must receive the package from the shipping carrier and ship the skulls and skeletons back to Skeletons and Skulls Superstore.com. Please call 509-951-3557 to receive a return order number. Please make sure your packing slip is included in the package. Upon receipt your credit will be processed within 48 hours. During the holiday seasons processing times may vary. All skulls and skeletons must be in the same brand new condition and packaging for a return to be refunded.
If you place two orders for our skulls and skeletons within the same day that are shipping to the same address using the same shipping method, we can usually combine them on request. Please call Skeletons and Skulls Superstore at 509-951-3557 during the holiday season to assist our staff of your shipping request.
Gift Wrapping is not currently offered as an option at this time for skulls and skeletons.
We ship skulls and skeletons via UPS, USPS, Federal Express and DB Schenker which comprises divisions for air, land, sea freight.  Simply email sales@skeletonsandskullssuperstore.com and provide your shipping address, including your zip code, telephone number and the SKU number with quantities that you are interested in. We will email you an exact shipping quote with delivery time frame. Payment is via bank wire transfer. Once we have received your payment for your skulls and skeletons your order will be shipped within 24 hours via United States Postal Service. You will receive an email with your package tracking number which also provides insurance. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty tax or custom fees.
Shipping of skulls and skeletons charges are calculated based on the weight, cost, location and size of the skulls and skeletons you ordered, and the location to which they are being shipped. You can see this amount after entering your shipping address at checkout. Your credit card is not charged until you get past the shipping options page so that you will know exactly how much it will cost to have your skulls and skeletons delivered, once you select the shipping you want, our cart will take you to the check-out page and that is where you enter your credit card or paypal information. Your order for skulls and skeletons will arrive within 2-5 days if you are located within the states. We use USPS for most of our shipping of skulls and skeletons. If you order an oversize skull or skeletons we will use UPS. USPS Standard Ground Shipping normally leaves our warehouse in 1-2 business days, and can take up to 7 days in transit. Since sometimes there will be a weekend or holiday during the shipping time, we predict 6-12 days for a typical arrival of your skulls and skeletons. If you are located overseas we ship skulls and skeletons via UPS, USPS, Federal Express and DB Schenker which comprises divisions for air, land, sea freight.  Simply email sales@skeletonsandskullssuperstore.com and provide your shipping address, including your zip code, telephone number and the SKU number with quantities that you are interested in. We will email you an exact shipping quote with delivery time frame. Payment is via bank wire transfer. EXCEPTION: If your order includes items that ship directly from the manufacturer, their shipping times are stated on the page that shows the product photo and description. These items will ship separately from the rest of your order, and cannot be ordered with expedited shipping. Please note: The quoted delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee. We are not responsible for delays caused by the US Postal Service, FedEx, or other carriers, or delays due to weather or emergency conditions. Please allow extra time during holidays.
