Acadoparadoxides was a giant trilobite that lived in the Middle Cambrian oceans about 535 million years ago. As a member of the Paradoxididae family and was a fast-moving hunter that crawled along the seafloor.

These animals grew to massive sizes, which made them some of the largest arthopods of their time. The fossil shows a clear three-lobed body and long spines that protected the animal from predators.
