You may cancel your Skulls and Skeletons order by calling 509-951-3557 or by emailing Skeletons and Skulls Superstore sales@skeletonsandskullssuperstore.com. We will cancel your order if your order has not already shipped. You will receive a refund for your order within 48 hours minus processing fees which are charged to us by all credit card companies (which includes the initial transaction fee and the refund fee).
If you order has already shipped and you still wish to cancel your order we are not able to request the shipping carrier stop the shipment and return the package to us. You must receive the package from the shipping carrier and ship the skulls and skeletons back to Skeletons and Skulls Superstore.com. Please call 509-951-3557 to receive a return order number. Please make sure your packing slip is included in the package. Upon receipt your credit will be processed within 48 hours. During the holiday seasons processing times may vary.
All skulls and skeletons must be in the same brand new condition and packaging for a return to be refunded.
